Meditation: 10-20 minutes a day of inner peace will do wonders for your insides and your outlook.
Go to the beach: kick off your shoes, turn your mobile off and sit or walk on the sand, enjoying the moment & sounds of the sea & birds singing.
Take a nap: lay down in the middle of the day and close your eyes for 20 minutes.
Escape: Release control and organisation and walk out the door and see where the day takes you.
A chance to break away even if it's 5 minutes a day, just let yourself go, to bring more joy to your heart and soul & treasure every moment.
